Lašiša Kepta Folijoje/ Salmon Baked in Foil

Taip jau susiklostė mūsų šeimoje, kad dėl aplinkybių teko keisti šiek tiek mūsų įprastinę mitybą. Ir vienas iš produktų, kuriuos teko įtraukti buvo lašiša!
Taigi pirmą kartą gyvenime gaminau lašišos patiekalą. Gerai, kad internete tokia daugybė receptų. Lašiša kepta folijoje buvo tokia skani, kad tikrai nesistengiau net jos deramai nufotografuoti..labai jau norėjosi valgyti :)





Porcijos:

1 porcijos energetinė vertė: 380 kcal, 25,4 gr. riebalų, 1,5 gr. cukraus

Produktai:

4 (apie 600 gr) gabaliukai lašišos file
2-3 v.š. alyvuogių aliejaus
2 nedideli smulkiai pjaustyti pomidorai
1-2 svogūnų laiškai (smulkiai pjaustyti)
2 v.š. citrinos sulčių
0,5-1 a.š. džiovintų čiobrelių
Druskos ir pipirų

Gaminimo procesas:

Įkaitinti orkaitę iki 200C.

Lašišos file įtrinti druska ir pipirais, iš abiejų pusių apšlakstyti aliejumi.

Pomidorus sumaišyti su svogūnais, citrinų sultimis ir čiobreliais.

Lašišą padėti ant folijos, ant viršaus uždėti pomidorų masės, tada užlankstyti foliją iš visų pusių. Suvyniotą į foliją lašišą padėti ant kepimo skardos ir kepti apie 25 minutes, kol bus pilnai iškepusi.




Some circumstance has changed in our family so we had to change our eating habits. And one of the products, which had to be included is salmon!
So for the first time in my life I had to cook salmon. It is good that there are so many recipes online. Salmon baked in a foil was so tasty that I really didn't want to spend much time taking decent pictures.. I just wanted to try it as soon as possible :)

Servings: 4

Nutritional value of 1 serving: 380 calories, fat-25.4 g., sugars-1.5 g.

Products:

4 pieces of salmon fillet
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
1-2 spring onions (finely chopped)
2 tbsp lemon juice
0.5- 1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper

Method:

Preheat oven to 200C.

Rub salmon fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle both sides with oil.

Mix together tomatoes with spring onions, lemon juice and thyme.

Place salmon on the foil, spoon the tomato mixture on the top evenly, and then wrap the salmon pieces with the foil from all sides. Place wrapped in foil salmon on the baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes, until fully cooked.

  1. Fish baked in foil is a great way to seal in all the wonderful flavors. This one has few ingredients, which really allows the tasty flavor of the fish to shine. Ha-this one must have been a winner if you passed on taking photos! Enjoy the weekend!

  2. We love salmon in this house, but it's expensive, so we can have it once a week. I love the tomatoes you've added to your salmon. Packet cooking is one of my favorite ways to make a meal.
